| Now that the XP has been out a while how do you guys like them for the trails. Is the width much of an issue. Is the ride worth the extra money for east coast riding? | |

| Its ok. The width can be an issue some times. You just gotta make your way another way. The suspension is amazing. A rzr S is still the way to go I am thinking. That RZR XP sure is big. |

| AN XP is only 3.5" wider than a RZR S so an XP will do fine.I use to have a Ranger and with after market wheels and tires it was also 64" wide at the tires plus a much bigger body to get trough the woods and I put over 2,000 miles on it in a year and just carried a chainsaw and cut some small trees here and there but 99% of the time the width is not a problem. Most of the trails are gas line roads which are wide enough for a truck to get back in there for maintenance etc. so I would not let the width bother you if you really want a XP | |

| Love the XP so far. Can't say I have had any issues yet becasue of the width. I do carry a saw from time to time just in case. | |

| I find it a little tight on some trails but I think it is mostly getting used to the point of view or perspective from the low center of gravity seating position. I have/had a Rhino with offset wheels and 2.5" spacers on all corners and is 63" wide. I have gone through a ton of trails in WV with very little issue. The biggest difference is the upright sitting position, you have a better view to see around obstacles. The XP9 makes that a little tougher. Obviously it is only an inch wider than my Rhino so it will make it through the same spots, I've just got to learn my new vehicle a little better since I've really only done one real trail ride on it so far.
I must say, I do love the ride on the XP! It was worth it to me. | |
