Scorpion EXO-900 Helmet XXL Transformer Helmet

I bought this thinking it was the same size as my full face Scorpion. I was mistaken, my other one is XXXL so this one is a little snug on me. For comparison, I generally wear a 7-3/4 7-7/8 or in a cowboy hat same size but a long oval. That is what is causing the problem for me, the length (front to back). I've worn this for 2 rides, one ride was only about 2 hours, and then a day ride to WV. The features, ventilation, internal sunvisor are awesome on this helmet. You can wear it like a full face with normal clear visor. You hit a sunny spot, flip the internal sun visor (like sunglasses) down, or you can open the modular part all the way up to have a conversation. You can also remove the chin bar and replace with a solid visor. Very innovative helmet and I love it, I just bought the wrong size. I'm going to buy the same exact helmet, just in triple X.

My loss is your gain. These go for around $289. I'll sell this one for $200 shipped, and in basically new condition. By the way, I just bought this in January.

Ya'll gotta quit hi-jacking these threads......Go ahead Tiger rag....sell your helmet...these guys need to learn some respect!!!! I try to talk to these guys and try to get them to keep the playing around to a mimimum...but there is just so much that I can do....DATZ DA TRUFF!!!

Yep, I have a neck roll I wear sometimes....although I must say, I haven't needed it since going to the Popo.

That would be sweet. Last ride in my Rhino in December I rode behind James a good bit of the time. He was hitting stuff at a fast pace I was slowing way down for. Come to think of it, I didn't wear the neck roll that ride either. Really nothing wrong with the way the Rhino rides at all, it's just that the XP rides more like a machine with a highly tunes suspension, kind of like James's. At least that is my perception.

yep,ive watched several videos on the xp 900 and they really suck up the bumps and woops great!!! just want to get a smoother ride and little wider stance so i can drift around the turns and be more stable.

I have one of those helmets, and it has my vote! Ya can open it and smoke and drink with out takeing it off when it is cold!!! And mine has a red button in the bottom back that is like a air jordan. It will pump air into the face part and make it fit like a glove. The best helmet by far that I have ever had. Sure wished I had one back in my Gold Wing long ride days.

Bubba, that is a great idea for your self, but I have a finely tuned body and I don't put donuts in it!!!

Yep, this one has the air system as well for a custom fit.
