While changing an axle (another torn CV boot), I decided to put new brake pads all the way around .. 2000 miles, thought it may need them... Front had about .. well, 1/100000000000 of an inch left on them, rear had a little less. Gonna try carbon kevlar pads, ordered a full set for $37 anyone have any input on how long they will last???

Thanks for any input

All the pads seem to wear fast. All the mud and grit doesn't help them a bit.

You done good if you got 2000 miles off the stock pads....I would get stock pads again....some of those pads that last longer eat up your rotors....

I tried a set of the Kevlar ones....lasted one ride.... they don't do well in the mud...I went to the sentered ones and they seem to stop better in the mud and have lasted longer.

I would look at replacing them with the EBC Brake Pads. These pads are great on a RZR Ive replaced both front and rear and they work Great.

I tried some kevlar pads on my RZR and atv and they did not last over 500 to 700 miles. Not trying to bash...I'm just saying

I ordered the exact same thing off eBay. Lasted 42 miles and I was metal to metal. Factory lasted 1200 miles.

I got 2600 miles out of my original brake pads, but once shredded a brand new belt in 118. Maybe I should use more brake and less throttle? ROFL ROFL
