| Bone stock right now. Many extras waiting to be installed. (And T-Bone, the power steering works great!) | |

| Thanks, Bobby. And thanks to you, T-Bone, Thunter, Shawn and everybody else who has indulged all my questions about XP 900's for the past year! I've just been riding around the farm so far, but will be staying at Ashland with a buddy who's coming in from California and riding May 21 and 22. Both times I've been there I've ridden only outlaw trails and we're going to check out the HM trails this time. If anyone is interested we'd be happy for the company on the trails. | |

| Good looking machine!! You were talking about an XP to me a year ago. I tried my best to talk you out of the XP. Then I go and buy one Good thing I didn't listen to myself. I really only have a few complaints with the machine. Mostly small stuff, like how bad the seats suck!! Hope to ride with you again soon!! | |

Thanks! I've only had the chance to ride it around the farm, so no gnarly stuff on the trails yet, but so far the power steering has been great. According to my dealer, the amount of "power boost" varies with the speed of the vehicle (the faster you go, the less boost) and Polaris seems to have gotten it just right. Very easy to steer precisely at any speed.

| The reason I want it is because of the kickback. With the power steering, the kick you get in the wheel is almost non existent. I always thought that would be nice. |

| On your new buggy. I have a Benefit ride coming up in May 19th and 20th @ 5 points that would be a great place to test it out. Check it out here on Riding Events. | |

Thanks, and thanks for the invitation to the benefit ride at 5 points. As it happens, I have booked a cabin at Ashland that weekend, but hopefully I can make the next one.

| Thanks everyone. Just got back from the family farm where I put another 80 miles on her this weekend. After having been riding my Teryx (which has a lot of upgrades, like Elka shocks and Muzzy exhaust) for the past 3 years, this XP is somewhat unbelievable. Granted, where I have been riding so far, which is a 2.6 mile stretch of flat bottom-and and open-pasture rolling hills, lends itself to the XP's strengths, but it is a whole different ballgame from what I'm used to. Some stretches where I used to ride 35-45 mph I'm now riding now 50 - 60 mph, and if it weren't for those pesky turns coming it up it really could be 70. To say I sorta like would be an understatement.
Don't get me wrong - still love the Teryx - rode that a bit this weekend, too, and the Teryx has way more utility. Heck, I even used my 10-year-ole Gator to haul some stuff this weekend (huge bed), so they all have thier place. But for pure spittin' and gittin', the XP is in a class by itself (with the probable exception of a Wildcat, which I have never been in).
