I'm sure there is more in there , how is eveyone else gettin in there ? I had the motor cover between the seat and was spraying back , and the same foward and thought I had it clean will I went in for a stick that is went i struck mudd ..

| I would consider doing what Bobby did on his and cut a hole in the bed , but I have the Alum box on there and is bolted down , never had the bed off ... is it really as easy as some of the U tube Vids show? | |

| I have the AL box also, I removed the 4 bolts holding down the bed and replaced with longer bolts, they hold the box and bed on... and yes it is very easy, the video is true, I use a battery powered impact gun and can have it off in just about 2 minutes.... | |

| Sure , if you are not using the bed bottom , and have a box over it like I do then I can not see any harm , Bobby D did this to his Yellow one to help in maintance ... The Bed are not really expensive ( $150 ) if you should ever need to replace it .. I do not haul anything in mine except the box and gas cans ... Several of us on her have the Diamond Deluxe box which would cover the hole were it would not be seen few bolts and off it comes to have acess to the top of the motor to clean , inspect , maintace... When I get mine back to the house that is probably what I will do , or for mine try taking the bed off since I do not have the Tusk Set up ... The other place that really hangs up is driver side above the air box ... I have thought I had it pretty clean then when I take the cap off it just falls out in chunks ... | |

Uh, what video? Kinda tough to video, but will try to explain better... take bed off and turn box upside down, place bed over box (upside down) and drill holes where bed attaches to frame. Get slightly longer bolts in same thread pitch and 4 large washers, put bed back in place, put in box and secure both with 4 bolts. I put silicone around bolts to keep out water and rubber mat under box to prevent ware on bed since I did not get holes exactly right the first time (in a hurry) I cross threaded the nuts in frame so I drilled them out and got longer bolts and put a nut on from under side. LOL.... just reread..... sorry... youtube video of bed removal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p__qDtpBrbQ sry, need to learn to read better

What did you do to yours to have it torn down so far I started out with ideas for a new cage and drive train mod.s. Body was mostly off so I decided to replace the plastic. With everything so exposed it was tempting to do some upgrades/repairs. Kinda got away from me - time wise. A lot of what I'm doing is a learning experience.
