Teryx keeps blowing the main fuse... guessing its a pinched wire?

I was in bergoo riding with some friends over the weekend. I had just crossed part of the river in leatherwood to head towards the waterfall, the nice rocky part. I hit a rock wrong and the front end raised up, an came down hard and died instantly! Found out the main fuse had blown. When i went to put in the spare fuse, it was still arching. so i wiggled on the main wiring harness where i could and the arching stopped... She fired right up an off we went, until coming back down the road about 35mph and it blows again.... so anouther quick fix with a fuse pulled from the truck. we made it back to camp and even on a short trip later that evening. I'm thinking I have something pinched or grounding out somewhere. a new harness its around 400 and its hard to tell how much labor is gonna be on this... im hopping my insurance will cover some of this but im not sure if it works the same as on cars, i guess this could be called a result of the collision right?

my artic cat was doing that with ignition fuses. I had to trace the main wireing bundle an find the one wire that was pinched an when i did fine it it was just a pin hole on the side of it .

so then it was just drawing moisture and grounding out ?

Sounds like a wire pinched against the frame rail somewhere. Maybe got caught between the skids and the frame. The way the harness runs underneath on a rzr, it's a wonder it doesn't happen to them all the time. Just start tearing it apart, take the cover off the harness, and start looking for bare wires. I wouldn't buy a new harness, just fix that one.

Im gonna start tinkering with it when i get a few days off with nice weather thanks fellas
