| to low and to high air presssure cause most punctures , Most of the time its too low and the rim pinches the sidewall , on a 14" rim 12-13 psi seems to be what most suggest to avoid punctures . Most of the Plys are in the tread area so more plys is just more weight . | |

| Tires are 32 lbs each. Just 2 lbs more than same size Growlers. I will be doing a full review of them for the vendor. Hopefully get most of the info for the review on the Bergoo ride on the 7th. I like the beadlocks for a few reasons, but I have always hated getting the edge of my rims all beat up. Now, if I do, all I have to do is buy a new ring, not a whole new rim. I will prob start out around 6 lbs of air and go from there. | |

| Keep us posted. Tread pattern is pretty much tried and true. Looks like they may clean out a little better than bighorns.....bigger voids.
Might be a really good tire for heavier SxS's like Commanders, etc.
They might not ride too bad with it being a 12" wheel. You might have some side wall flex to help matters there. What do they say you can run in them?....about 8psi maybe? That's what I run with beadlocks, but on a stiffer sidewall tire, I'd think you might be able to get away with that.

| I was told not to go under 4 lbs. I will experiment with the pressure to get the best ride but I'm guessing 5 or 6. I'm hoping the sidewalls will soften the ride some. The vendor I got them from said he weighs about 260 and he stood on an unmounted 6 ply moapa and it took a few seconds and it started to flex. Stood on a 12 ply and it only started to sag but held him up. Picked up 50 lbs and it still didn't colapse. Hopefully they will flex a little under the machine. | |

| Sidewall flats on my 14" Bighorns are why I went to 8-ply Dirt Commanders. Tell us how you like this style. | |

| 26'' tire on a 14'' wheel is the worst combo.
you going with 26x12 you shouldnt have any issues.
its hard to belive that tire doesnt weigh 50 pounds being 12 ply!!!!
what kinda prices are they?

| I would start out with the pressure @ 8 # and test the ride and keep going down a pond at a time till you get the ride you want and not much side wall flex. have somebody ride behind or beside of you while testing to check the sidewall flexing or if you have a camera mount it to video the tires while testing them. I think you will end up @ 4 to 6 #. | |

| Good suggestion Skeeter. I plan on doing a full review with some video as well for the vendor, so I hope to do that anyway if I can find a go pro to borrow.
They retail around $200 I believe. The vendor told me this morning that he knows some guys that ran the Baja 500 and WORCS series with them. They weigh the same as their "standard" tire with tire balls in them. And they held up very well. No flats out of 3 teams. Except for one team that wasn't running beadlocks and they hit a tree and popped it off the rim.
Anyone going to Bergoo that would loan me a go pro for a few miles while there?

| They measure a little small, so I lost about 3/4" of valuable ground clearance. With 8lbs of pressure they measure 25.25"-25.5". They look a little small on the machine too esp in the rear since they are only 9" tires. I didn't have any choice in the size though since this is the only size made so far. I mounted them all myself and it was very easy. I LOVE the beadlocks! I took it for about a 60 mile trip on dirt road yesterday and noticed very little loss of acceleration and a slightly rougher ride. I haven't adjusted the air pressure yet, but I will probably end up running 4-5lbs I'm guessing. I will have to rotate them often due to the camber in the rear of the T4, which won't be bad since I can do it myself now. So far, I am pleased except for the size. | |

| I think they look great - wheels and tires! If they are a little smaller, they actually may give you a little better acceleration due to effectively making it geared lower. Of course that could work against you on the top end a little as well. I'd rather have the low end any day though. | |
