| Well I replaced my voltage regulator after the guy at the shop told me my stator was good! A big Thanks to james at JBS for getting my voltage regulator at a great price! Went over and picked it up on saturday before he took of on a ride. Well I installed it on saturday evening went on a ride sunday, started out ok voltage was reading about 12.4 ! Is this a normal reading on your dash meter? Well it started flucuating from 12.4 to 11.9 then later went down to 11.6 back up tob12.1 by the end of the day it was down to 10.8 ! Pulled it up on trailer and it quit. Road 45 miles.Any suggestions as to what it is?

| Subject: Finally Fixed !!! September 12th 2012, 7:47 pm | |
| Well finally got the charging issue fixed. After having it checked out and told it was my voltage regulator changed it still same problem purchased a stator from James at JBS ( Anyone needing parts He's your man ) Had it installed and I'm back in buisness. My stator looked like it had been fried black looking crap all over it. I have changed my oil every 300 to 400 miles and the way it looked I haven't never changed it . 2009 model with 2700 miles on it. Hope this one lasts awhile. | |
