Slop in RZR S Front Yoke

Noticed slop in my RZR S front yoke. Does that pin go all the way through or will the yoke slide off splines?

Gotta knock the pin out. Check the u-joint. I've replaced mine with a greasable unit. No issues now.

Don't know about the rzrs but in the 800 the drive shaft comes out through the opening where the radiator hoses are.

Make sure you put a new pin in the yoke....Autozone has the universal joints for 11.00 each....the part # is on this forum somewhere...

That pin was a pain to get out of mine. It's kinda hard to get a big hammer in there. Hold your punch with vise-grips so you don't beat your hand to pieces. It's just a rolled pin, and it will come out.

Go to the aftermarket parts section, there you will find the Tractor Supply u joint part # for the S. I think the part #s from the parts stores are for the rzr. The S has a bigger joint.
