Buck pictures from last 10 days.

All us country boys on here and so little talk about hunting. Whats up with that?? Here is just a few deer pics from the last week or so.

Yea they've been feed well, but now it's their turn to feed me. There is one buck that I have been after for 3 years. Hopefully I will get a pic of him this year. Just put a trail cam in one of his hideouts.

good looking deer but forgive if i dont talk about it much i live it 365 days a year at work lol
i manage one of the largest archery shops in the midwest so im on here to get away from hunting LMAO ,

Good looking bucks for WV, but nothing like what you boys have in the Midwest down to Texas. Perhaps one day the state will cut back the 3 buck limit to one per year. Then we would see some 5 year old and up bucks.

Ya need to let them grow up a few more years Terry.... I have given up bucks, let the grow and prosper.... does are a dime a dozen.....

Thats the same issues we are having in NC too even with the 2 buck limit we still aren't seeing too many bigger bucks yet and this year there is a widespread CWD die off going on big time in western and piedmont NC and Virginia areas!
Biologist are telling us for every deer we find there are usually 7 more dead!

Few years back pa went to a rule that they need 4 points on one side......i really like it...bucks are making it til older age and year to year the number of decent bucks keeps growing

to get bigger bucks and increase the number of bigger bucks the best way is a earn a buck system, or a one buck per year rule, that why ky and some other states have massive bucks, and older bucks, it works

Spot on!! Many of us have been pleading with the state to impose a one buck limit. It's been falling on deaf ears for the most part.

The problem I have with that is, it forces everyone to hunt for more mature bucks. Sounds good on the surface, but alot of hunters don't care about the horns so much, it also makes it harder for our kids to kill a buck at a younger age. Those 2 1/2 year old bucks don't let you make many mistakes. And with all the toys and gadgets our kids have today, making it harder for our youth to get excited about hunting could be counter productive. I remember when I was 14, if I got a shot at a 3 inch spike, I would almost have a heart attack. We need that kind of excitement in our youth when hunting. I have no doubt the PA model works, I would just prefer the one buck limit for WV. I don't really wanna force people to trophy hunt.

Sorry i forgot to mention youth and senior hunters have no limitation.....horns = buck for them.....
