| we are the first to offer a anti friction washer for the secondary spring on a rhino...this helps with back shifting and performance...we have been testing it for a couple weeks and love the added performance!!......yep thats right the rhino is even faster | |

| I also put grease back in the sheave with the weights, just about a marble size portion on the bottom of each weight, then about a 1/2 marble on top of each weight & on the sheave where the camplate rides ... load it up like the factory did there ... then put the grease cover back on ... with the washer it's a huge performance gain.
I figure this will get me at least another foot per straight away in front of T-Bone with this mod lol.

Yep ... if you ride in a lot of dust the grease keeps it from packing so hard & you can go longer between services. We originally started using the OD's for performance cause they don't have roller flop .... the grease just helps the performance.

| I hope there's a box of parts at JBS that has my name on it. My back hurt so bad today it wasn't funny. Thought about staying home, then figured that every day worked is another day closer to working the magic on my ride. | |

| James where exactly does this washer go? PICS? And are you telling me I need to go back with grease and install my dust cover. Should I also replace my spring like Hump did, if so do you stock the spring. | |

| James I'm getting ready to replace my belt on the 700 grizz and also replace my weights with greaseless 18 oz and OEM belt. I currently run 27' x 12 x 12's all around. i've been thinking about changing oem spring for gold spring would I benefit from those washer you mentioned? Oh I also have Coop mods 2 & 2 to Primary shreave and 1mm shim. | |

| 16s and a gold would be better...they would help with the back shifting and life of the spring.........we have found that if you ride in dust and water like you do the dust gets packed in there like concrete without grease...we are running grease less OD weights with grease now because of the dust but still run ODs cause they out perform the round...pm me your address and i will send you 2 | |

We did mine saturday...between the grease and the washers, it is unbelievably smooth!!
