| My engine blew yesterday and I tore it apart today and looks like a connecting rod went through the case now i need another engine or a set of cases and also another head.

| It might be worth calling to see what a crate motor from polaris would cost before you start buying used cases . Problem is that a case that has been taken apart could have hidden issues like cracks that might be hard to find , I would want a Machine shop to test if first . I know Holtz makes kits for the 800 and may have built replacment motors also , never been down that road . As Tbone said above JBS would know among us who would have cases/parts . | |

| If it was mine I would fix it up. Put a 130hp webber engine in it, or a apex engine. | |

| Several rzr motors on ebay.. Or check with swingarm1 over on the rzr forum. He's getting some good reviews. | |

| Sorry to hear that brother. I blew up my first rzr but had the extended warranty. Didn't crack the block but needed a piston cylinder and head. | |
