Like was mentioned above, to enforce martial law in the US.  They already have a large number of UN troops "training" here on extended basis.  Do a little research before everything is blocked on line..   It will wake you up to what is really going on.  Strings being pulled by groups from outside of the US.  Check out the site of Rome. the CFR, for starting points.
