Removing the Catalytic converter from your Teryx

On the T2 it couldn't be easier, you just raise the dump bed, remove the heat shield that covers the muffler and remove the muffler. you'll see that the pipe protrudes inside the muffler about 4-5". All you have to do is cut the pipe around the rim where the pipe tapers down and it will come out in one easy piece. I used a cutting wheel on a pneumatic die grinder and just cut around the outside of the pipe, viola! You can also cut it with a sawzall but that vibrates the pipe alot and it also might leave a little cat material in the pipe that you'll have to bust out with a screwdriver or something. 

After you've removed the cat start it and run it a few times to blow out any debris that might have fallen down into the exhaust pipe. Then put your muffler back on and you're done! Some guys will also remove their spark arrestor and open up the hole inside the stock muffler to get a little more flow and louder exhaust note.
