| Anyone else need to replace the rear bushings on the RZR? My rear tires have so much play in them I need to replace, I was told this normal but I only have 1,500 miles or so. Should I go with stock or the Derlin kit? | |

| Are you positive its the bushings and not the rear wheel bearings? I would think if you greased the bushings they would last longer than 1500 miles. If a wheel bearing gets a little water inside it wont last long. | |

| i replaced all the bushings on my LE around 1000 miles i think. they was all shot. the ones at the rear wheels do not have a grease fitting. it could be the bearings also but i would guess its the bushings first but i also changed bearings on the front of mine at the same time i done the bushings. i put stock bushings back in but i think i would go with the derlin bushings now. they say not to grease the derlin bushings and i have also heard the stock bushings last longer if you do not grease them but i cant take the squeaking. |

| Ok thanks for the input. I am installing the EPI clutch kit / heavy duty belt, new brake pads all around and will go with the Derlin bushings. It feels like the bushings and not the bearings since the movements feels like it's in the swing arm -at least this is what others told me that I ride with that know more about this stuff. I am going to get tutored on how to do this stuff, dealer wanted $2,000. I got all the parts for around $500. | |

| My extended Warranty has covered mine. When they quit paying , I will get my friend to machine the delrin rod. It's not that expensive. | |

| The dealer I bought my RZR from that installed the Dragonfire and the lift kit went out of business. The new dealer had Polaris void my extended warranty becuase of those two mods when I took it in for the bushings, belt etc.. I got the refund on the remaining part of the warranty. | |

I don't have the Polaris Warranty. I have one the dealer sells with the motorcycles and others....I don't even think they know what a RZR is. They never even questioned the bushings..... | |

| I have my extended warranty through Zurich. I bought it thru the dealer when I bought my S. He told me that they could get more covered thru it than the Polaris Star warranty. I guess we will see when I have to get something taken in for warranty work. | |

| I'm putting in new brake pads, rear wheel bearings, throttle cable and have found that my rear lower bushings have a lot of movement in them. Where do you get the derlin bushings???? And I have a bad ball joint and tie-rod end in the front. Where is the best place to get those???? | |

| I learned something about brake pads - apparently a "set" is only for one tire So I bought another set for the front and rear | |
