| Did any of you guys use a pre filter on the top of the snorkle? If so what kind did you use? I was thinking of using one on mine in hopes to stop any dust problems. |

| The dust problems do not start at the end of your snorkel..as a matter of fact, you should take a little time and investigate where all your "sucking in of air"originates. Its kinda like if you change spark plugs w/out changing the wires that bring the spark to the plug.Your pissin in the wind.It is a known fact that there are problems with the foam around some of the duct work on the rzr and problems with where the boot slips onto the throttle body. All im saying is start at the begining of intake system and work your way to the very end of the snorkel..and then you will sleep good the day before your ride. :158: | |

| the snorkle is air tight up till the top of it. I checked it by placing my hand over the opening. It sucks a little then stalls. So no leakes / holes until the top of the pipe |

| Rob, I used a UNI prefilter on my Rhino for the CVT after I snorkeled it. It restricted it too much and it didn't cool the CVT adequately.
The reason I mention this since I know you are talking air intake and not CVT is that it might choke your intake too much and either you lose performance or require a CDI to tweak your air fuel ratio. You could always try and see how it runs. It would certainly be easy enough to remove.

Rob, I will have you the part numbers for what I use. I only use them in the summer or if I know it is going to be dusty...
