| Just curious if anyone knows the color of the stock primary clutch spring in a 08 RZR ..... Super Dave is trying to determine if his has had any clutch work done . He has been hearing odd sounds from the clutch box snorkel , but when he took the cover off eveything looked to be ok ... He also has had a problem with it not wanting to idle for any amount of time , has anyone had this problem , if so what did you do about it .... Thanks Drew | |

| my primary clutch cracked down one of the sides and tore my belt all apart had to buy a new primary clutch system cannot see by looking had to take apart so both sides would move freely back and forth then you could see the crack down one of the sides where the belt rides he might want to check that | |

| I got the joy of having to replace the entire primary clutch when I shredded a belt - the one way bearing welded / grooved the the shaft.
I have the epi clutch and belt now - first ride with everything working like it should coming up this weekend.
Yes there is a spacer you can remove to get more top end - have read some people have no problems and others that do. question is how often do you need to go faster than 57 mph? That is why I left mine in. | |

Spacers were only used in rzr's with build dates prior to November of 08. And never in the S models. |

| ok thank you!
Someone the other day told me I could go faster if I "pulled out the spacer."
I had NO idea what he was talking.
