| Ok . I am changing the a arm bushings front and rear , also the sleves ! now... they say dont grease them that it attracts dirt and pulls it back into the bushing ! but Im thinking those guys ride in the sand and dirt ! now this does make sence but we ride in dust ,dirt ,sand , water, mud , well you get the picture . so I fell that if you grease them and keep them greased there is no where for that stuff to go because the cavity is full of grease and each time you grease it ,it pushes out the grit from the bushing !
now what do yall think GREASE OR NO GREASE

| I vote for grease. I think the dirt, mud, etc is going to get in there reguardless. Grease and dirt is better than just dirt. | |

now what do yall think GREASE OR NO GREASE I say grease it often ! Might be a little messy but you're right . The fresh grease coming in from the center of the bushings will push & keep most of the grit.grime out. That's why the grease fittings are there.

| well, I'm on my second set and needing a third I've noticed that the frame now has a groove worn around were the bushing contact's it I greased mine very often I think the grease is keeping dirt around the bushings and causing it to grind away the metal (should have taken some pic's) anyway i haven't read much about anyone else with the same issue. i tried somthing different this time i ground down the bushing 's and installed some washer's on each side hoping that will save the frame. The delrin bushins seem like a better quality than the polaris bushin's but it gets very dry in the a-arm and without grease the metal rods's may corrode and become hard to remove. By the way i have 2300 miles on mine with a 2inch lift | |

| I have about 2000 on mine and yes the bolts were hard to get out ! I think I will coat the bolts with some c5a ( high grade antisieze) I am also using a very high quality grease with teflon in it so that it leaves a teflon resdue coating ! about 450.00 bucks worth of bushing and 2 weeks wait on parts ! I think Im gonna grease alot !!! | |

| I just changed the diff oils, case, and trans oils and notice that my front lower bushings are completely shot at 800 miles. I've only greased mine twice, so grease after every ride. | |
