Truck HID's

I put a set of HID's in my truck, two sets actually. One for the headlights and one for the fog lights. The first one is a stock headlight on the passenger side and HID on the drivers side. The second is all HID's except the passenger fog which is stock. I am very happy with these and it makes night driving much better. Also no one has flicked their lights at me so it must not be to bright.

How much I would like to have a set.

35 watt and 6K lights. Same as our SXS's

I was going to do my fog lights but I couldnt really find a good place out of the rain. Where did you mount the ballasts?

The ballasts are just tucked up behind and ziptied. You don't have to worry about rain. Its the same set up thats on our SXS's and they have been proven to be completely waterproof.

oh cool deal. I need to add them to my ford. I love my Ford but the lights are not bright enough. I will contact DDM after the fall ride and get them set up!

I didn't get these from DDM, I got them from Burke Motopros but DDM does have them also.

Do you still have a high and a low beam???

Daryl those lights look cool on your truck

I do have a high and low beam so it will pass inspection BUT the high beam is just a halogen bulb and is very dim compared to the low. So it WILL pass inspection having both but the high is useless now, no need for it at all.

There's no way that would fly around here. Cops here would if they saw a set of those comming. I would have some if I knew I could get away with it.

My RZR's are bright as heck. I was kinda thinking the police would bust me for them.
