| sounds like an axle joint have you checked your axle boots for a hole or tear where it has lost grease. If you had a stereo in your RZR I would suggest just turn the music up real loud and it will go away | |

| Unit on the ground , pull on the shafts to see if there is slack ( should not move unless you move the bike ) . CV joint should change tone when you turn hard on the gas versious going straight ( will probably get worse turning , if so then bad joint ) . Suggestion is if you have a bad joint , replace the axle and find another that is bad on the other end and make a spare , at some point you are going to tear a boot , or another joint go bad and you will have a spare ready to go ( much easier then rebuilding at camp ) . | |

| Before you rip it apart, check the outer brake pad, these will make a clicking sound after they get some miles on. They have an adjustment allen head screw in the caliper that takes up the slack and stops the noise. Mine did it and it sounded very bad but a few turns on the screw stopped it. |

| Mine did the same thing, there is a recall or whatever it is called by Polaris to install shims becuase of the hub nut does not tighten down fully. Once the shims were installed I never had the problem again (been a few hundred miles)
I think there is a full write up on the PRC forums for clicking that explains it better. | |
