| I keep hearing a clicking sound in the pasenger side rear hub area. would a bad bearing make a clicking sound? when I jack the rear end up the rear wheel does not rock and it does not make the sound when I spin the wheel. but when I start driving I hear the clicking sound and it is worse when I turn to the right. I made sure all the bolts were tight and greesed everything. any suggestions?? | |

| Just check all of your bolts I think ermullis or someone in our group had a noise like that and they tighten up a nut and the noise went away.It may have been on the sway bar I don't remember. | |

| My swaybar used to make all kinds of clicking and poping sounds. It would do it while turning when getting good traction, and when the suspension was flexed out. I thought it was a cv but it wasn't. It did have the sounds of a bad cv so be sure and check them out like everyone said. I guess after all the grease jobs, and mud my swaybar quit making those noises. Or, maybe it's all the other noises I hear now just covering it up. Grab you axles and give them a shake to see if they have a bunch of slop in them. You could unhook your swaybar and see if it still does it also. | |

| I have an appointment on the 19th to take it in. the mechanic also said it might be the splines inside the hub or the axlw had got rounded off some and that it is slipping. I will let ya know when they find out what it was. | |

| Some folks have had brake pad rattle. Check your pad adjustment. It's easy to do. I doubt its a bad (or rubbing) CV joint unless you've extremely lifted the chassis. And, if you've had the suspension apart, make sure the inboard CVJ is fully seated in the differential. | |

| I have a clicking noise in the right rear also and thought it was the axles. So I replaced the axles and then the bushings and wheel bearings and the rear sway bar is removed,STILL HAVE CLICKING NOISE,So looks like I'll check my brake pad adjustment and hope it will cure the click. If not I'll let it click till something falls out!! | |

| The brake pad clicking noise is a pretty common thing for a RZR to do from what I've read on RZR Forums.

| I have a clicking noise in my drivers side rear now and it's driving me crazy. I can't find it!! I have no play in the wheel or the axles. The noise only happens when I'm driving and making a hard turn to the right. The sway bar is fine also.
Let me know what you find out Dixie.

| Jack it up and spin the tire. Check the brakes and CV's. Sounds like maybe the cv, when under pressure from the turn, is clicking. | |

I did all that. Today I took off the axle on the drivers side, cv joints were fine. The wheel bearing was a little bad but not terrible. I went ahead and replaced it. Took it for a drive and now it's making a clicking sound on the freaking passenger side. I pulled the axle on the passenger side a bit ago and I can't find anything wrong. The cv joints are in good shape. I did find one small hole in a boot though. What would cause the breaks to make a clicking sound?

Thats exactly what Yamabeast said. I'm so paranoid now that there is no way I could handle a creeky Rhino. If I hear a any kind of noise from my RZR I gotta find it, even if it takes me 2 weeks.
