| I don't think the Bramwell system is open I took a group over that way at the Spring Ride on Thursday and never saw any signs of them working on it but that was a month ago so who knows.I have my permit so we can ride some or not it don't matter to me.It does keep us off of some roads if we jump on the H/M trails here and there. | |

This is what is on HM website: But I finally had the chance to get asked for our permits this pass weekend on the Pinnacle Creek trail from LE. I had a half helmet on and wear eye glasses so didnt have any goggles on but did have seat belt on. My son is who 9 had goggles, helmet and seat belt on. I was waiting for the LE to ask the age of my son but he didnt, suppose to be 13 and over to ride in RZR. I dont put the stickers on our helmets, keep them in a bag and showed him them. He wrote down the numbers and our names. He said he kicked some people off the mountain cause they were wearing bicycle helmets. Side by Side (UTV) Specific Rules 1. The number of passengers carried on a side-by-side - utility type vehicle shall be limited by the number of manufacturer installed seat belts. 2. All participants must abide by all of the manufacturer’s requirements regarding the age and size of operators and passengers. 3. The driver and passengers of a side by side - utility type vehicle must: · Wear seat belts at all times; · Keep their hands, arms, feet, head and legs inside the vehicle at all times during operation; · Wear a DOT or Snell approved helmet; · Wear eye protection at all times; and · Obey all rules and regulations. 4. Any operator of a side by side – utility type vehicle must possess a valid owner’s manual for the machine being operated and must be produced upon the request of any Hatfield-McCoy Law Enforcement Officer or any other Law Enforcement Agency.

Owners Manual? Really? Wow! I bought my rhino used and it didn't have an owners manual. Had a digital copy of the owners manual for my old Grizzly on my cell phone. Wonder if that is acceptable? I'll have to download the owners manual for the Rhino to my phone too. What if James (@ JBS) is with me lol. He's way better than a owner's manual... more like a crew chief/design engineer.

I'm not really sure Bubba that's why I said just be at Sam's Guest House because I may not head towards the Wagon Wheel Sat morning I would like to jump on the H/M trail for a bit to get over towards Windmill Gap road and ride some stuff over there and then swing back later towards the creeks and see how many riders are out and go from there.Sunday is when I want to head towards Welch and check some trails out and make a big loop with out coming the same way back.

I understand what you are saying and I rarely get on the H/M trails and I have never ran into a Ranger.I know more outlaw trails in that area than the H/M trail system has so I may or may not get on them just depends if everyone has a permit or wants to get one. But it's just going to get more & more impossible to get from place to place in that area without getting on the H/M system unless you want to ride some road

| If you have a passenger in your sxs, they too must have a pass and a helmet on. I have never ran into a ranger anywhere but in Gilbert or Man but you never know. The connector trail is a nice trail if you guys decide to take it. It has a real pooper on it by a small family cemetery if I remember right. | |
