Well if you hadnt told me that was the stair steps i would have never guessed it to be that.My first trip to wagon wheel wasnt until August 2007,when i did it on a hopped up 4 wheeler that belonged to a friend that would not try it.That little hill sure has changed for the worse. This past summer when i did it in the rzr i promised myself while sitting at riders paradise that i would not go down there and do something like that again cause it was pretty scary. At one point my front-end was starting to lift anytime i had serious traction...but i was already committed and definitely could not stop.

i climbed the steps last may with my rhino. made it easy but was going very slow at the top of each step. i went back in july and the bottom step wash washed out and had 6ft ruts in it so i took my atv up the trail that is to the left of the steps and got back on around the 2 or 3 step and climbed it from there. i made it up to about 2 steps from the top and got stuck in a rut. i let the rear tires dig down to hold the atv and had to walk to the top to get my g/f that was in the rhino to come pull be up.i guess i should not have tried it in the rain. :79:

I remember back in the day jumping my Rincon off each set of stairsteps... Those were the good old days... It was never crowded back then... Not that it's bad now a days... just sometimes it get a little crazy around the WW area.

A friend of mine had the 1st Rhino 660 that rode the Wagon Wheel back in 2004 and he took his Rhino up it but he said never again. He had no power near the top and he didn't think he was going to make it

The day after i did it in the rzr,i remember someone had to take a heli-chopper ride outa there for messing around on the steps, which confirmed my promise from the day before.Good place to get mucked up while puckered up

Over the years... I have several story's of other people's nightmares. We used to go up there and just hang out to see who was going to tear something up that day.

Ya know i was down there one time when it was very crowded everywhere for some reason and it was defensive driving every where around the immeadiate area of WW cause so many people were flying around there at crazy speeds. There was one chap that actually wrecked on the dirt road leading to riders paradise from the steps cause he lost control in one of the turns. The group i was with came upon him right after it happened and he was busted up pretty damn bad and didnt even know it.He wanted to continue riding!I finally convinced him he needed help and prevented him from riding anymore. His whole group was way to drunk to even be out there.I thot we were going to have to fight some of his really concerned buddies just to make our case.I really enjoy being able to ride and have a cold chilly while doin it but that was just stupid....youll have that tho

Try to follow these instructions, I hope I didn't miss a step or make it more confusing LOL

Stock rzr tires are better than stock rhino tires :176: but you can go 95% of everywhere any tire will go on any stock tire. I ride slow, no shame in that, my reactions aint as fast as they once were, damn trees might jump out in front of me
