| Depends on if the wiring is already done, if it is its a VERY simple install. If they have to wire it it can get more expensive. A/C should run around $500 and install anywhere from 1-3 hours labor depending on what needs to be done. | |

| Need to look at Lowes. They have floor units that just need a 4" duct outside & run on 110volts. The 9000BTU starts at $399 or 11,000 for $499 & they have bigger. I just bought an enclosed trailer & that is what I am going with. Labor rates will kill ya. Trying to save the $$$$$$ | |

| Install it yourself if you can. My uncle and I did mine last summer. It is a chore but doable nonetheless. I paid close to 700 bucks for mine I think....15,000 BTUs heat and cool. The heat does not work worth a damn though. It is a Carrier. The ceiling vent is already the right size (standard) and the hardest part is getting the thing up there, dropped in and lined up. After that it's cake. | |

| If it is already wired, do yourself. I did mine on a popup, very simple and I am pretty dumb when it comes to electrical stuff!! Make sure you get a good gasket for it and you will need braces for support if you dont already have it.
Shawn, let us know how that AC floor unit works out. That would be the way to go if it keeps it cool. | |
