Swamp fox can am beckley wv

Swamp fox outfitters in beckley WV is the worst dealer I have ever delt with. They really seemed to lobby against me for getting my commander transmission covered under warranty. Once I went over there heads and got can am to cover it, they seemed disappointed. My bike has now been broken down for 9 weeks and they have had can am tell them to fix it and recieved the new transmission two weeks ago. Now they are saying they can't get to it right now. They only have one mechanic to cover two stores. What a joke. Seriously, don't buy anything from swamp fox!!

That sux....try calling Can-am and tell them your problem and see if they will allow you to take it to a different dealer....just a thought.

I would tell can am and get it moved too. That sucks. I won't be buying anything from those butts!

They should have their dealership license revoked.

NOT GUILTY, you are absolutley correct in your words about swamp fox of beckley...You need to speak with PacMan about his cammander nightmare.. Swamp fox of bluefield, va went to bat for him and they replaced his machine......

Call the bbb on swamp fox! That or just send bubba up there to iron it out!

Not Guilty, I went by Honda of Winston Salem ( a Can am dealer ) , they said if you have paper work from Can Am conserning this , give them a call they would be glad to take care of this for you . Just for reference WInston Salem is about 3 hrs from theAshland area . Contact Kevin Weatherly at 336 765 0964 , or Email Kevin@Hondaws.com. The are a 5 star can am dealer ( per the service manager ) and she said that this should take no longer than 2 weeks as long as parts are avalible and no other problems exist . Hope this helps .....

Maybe the whole Bubba Army should show up there together to "help find a solution to the problem". If it's legal for freaks to protest a funeral, it should be alright if we stand on the sidewalk and tell everyone who stops what a bunch of jerks they are.

what happened? I asked a few people here in my office and they have no idea what it was.

I spoke with Nancy at can am corporate today and she is not happy about the delay and said she will see if she can speed them up. She then said the dealer may not know how to do it because it is a new model??? WTF ??? Anyway, my point to her was wether they know how to do it or not, we wont know until they start!! Its official, no matter what they do from this point forward I am suing. No human being can take the continual stream of bull shit they are spewing at me.

I would ask Can Am to make the dealer buy it back ...... Flat out ...... 100% payback no fixing it at this point cause I have lost interest in the machine and there ability to fix it in the future .

i would go get it and take it somewhere else.there just simply mad because they have to do the job flat rate. And also because you didn't buy from them.
