| The bead lock was added to the factory wheel. Something performance east did to it. I think it looks good |

That would be great if he's got them ready and you've got room. I talked to him last night and he didn't have them yet.

The bank lends it all day long.....lol.....also, long is the amount of time it will take me to pay it back....lol. This is the first new machine I've ever bought. Need to get it to WV soon, it's killing me. Probably not this weekend, but hopefully the following. Performance East stocks the OMF modified stock wheels. They send a set of OEM wheels to OMF so as to retain the stock offset (since the XP really doesn't need anymore width or stability like, say, a Rhino does). I had beadlocks on my Rhino so I wanted to retain that capability on this machine if possible. It was my biggest splurge, aside from the machine itself.

It's not a big deal T since I have to go up to James's shop anyway to pick up my Rhino. Will probably carry the XP when I go up so I can ride it. I'm sure we could bolt a roof on real quick before a ride. In other words, don't kill yourself trying to find a way to carry it back down the mountain. I do appreciate the offer though, it would be cool to get it on and be pretty much in riding trim (at least for the time being) and ready to roll next riding opportunity. Let me know if you hear anything.

| omf wheels look awesome!!! what kind a $$ is involved converting your stock wheels over to beadlock?
i a guy new a really good welder? would it be done with out sending wheels off?
i have seen where offroad drivers (mud trucks and rock crawlers modify steel wheels that way0 my brother is a pretty good welder is only reason i ask. for aluminum he could weld it, but we are nto set up for that at the house.

Honestly, the OMF's ain't cheap. Like I mentioned earlier, it was my big splurge. However, I believe they have the same guarantee's as the wheels they build complete. They cost about the same as a set of ITP beadlocks even though you are supplying a set of wheels for them to start with.

Just whatever works. 10-4, one of the big things would be so neither one of them gets dinged up on the ride home. I know you're probably as anal or more as I am, so just want it to look purty when I get it but I trust you so if you think you have room, that would be awesome!

| Thursday updates, nothing too big but detail stuff. Hope I'm not boring y'all but just kind of documenting it as I go. Parking brake that Polaris does not include. This one is made by Extreme Metal Products. Daryl J helped me on this too the night before, just forgot to take a picture of it then. Pro Armor door storage bag. Connects to the door frame to skin bolts. Super ATV overhead storage bag and Joe's Racing rear view mirror. This is how my Pelican case will have to sit in the bed to fit best. Maybe not ideal, but should work ok. Strapped in place. And of course the first major things in the box......Tool Kit and a Tow Strap / Snatch Block kit.....it is a Polaris after all! One last thing I'm playing with is an inexpensive tactical backpack that I haven't been using (bought it for a B.O.B.). If figure "when" I break down, at least I can pull it out and have some provisions for my hike out.....lol! ;D May or may not work, it's a little big. May try to get something a little smaller....I like the concept of having a spare backpack, but this one may be a bit big to fit here. | |

Yeah, It will tuck in behind fairly well. It has nice side pockets. I can tuck the passenger side in behind the passenger seat and leave the one side pocket exposed so I can get to it. Its top load so it's a deep abyss in the main compartment, probably not terribly useful in that compartment but might be able to load a towel or something in there that "hopefully" I won't need often. The lid had a map pocket on the top that might be useful. Then just squish it out of the way.

| Nope, it's got almost 400 miles on it since January. Family stuff in the summer gets in the way. Maybe a ride in July or August. I'm chomping at the bit, but no room in June for a ride. | |

| You learn a lot by doing so on the trail rides, I learned some of the needs.....flare extensions, bent arms, etc. Other stuff I learned here and RZR forum from other long term RZR riders. Also Neuromax bought his RZR a few months before me and I got to ride with him. I liked a lot of his accessories, especially the vented windshield! It is awesome! Went up three times with riders where I was leading the ride, probably learned more on those rides than any others. My lower light bar is bright but more focus beam. Riding home in the dark the light bars are really nice, especially when leading, but I read lacking a little in the periphery.. After seeing humps video of the specter light and folks raving about it I decided to add it since I had a credit at the dealer for returned stuff. I think that combo will work great, more of a flood beam. I just need to test the new stuff! I'm absolutely about to bust wanting to ride! | |

The good thing is one our riding buddies bought the rhino so I still get to see it some. I think it has been serving him well so far. I will say, this XP is one of the most fun vehicles I've every driven. I thought that too when I got the Rhino, but this is the next level. I'm going to ride my son up and down the street in a little bit to get my fix....he loves it too!
