| Got new HID lights from Burkemotopros Fri. Hooked um up,one side only works on high beam and looks just like the old light no HID and the other side is HID on low beam only.I swapped the ballast around and its the same just the other side so I guess I have one bad ballast. You guys have any suggestions.THANKS | |

| I would bet bad ballast, the issue I had with mine was the connection to the low beams inside the light socket it's self... really poor design... just got a new set yesterday and doing some major mods to them. Filling any voids with hot glue and the little whole where the low beam wires connect with super glue to keep them from coming apart. Jim will take care of you on this. I have had no issues getting anything replaced (1bulb) and has even offered to refund when I had that problem.
now that I think about it, did you use a volt meter on the rzr wiring harness to makes sure which wire was high hot and low hot, mine were different I think???

| I have HIDs on my RZR and for some reason I've had problems with getting some water in my headlight assembly. Everything appears to be sealed, but there must be a tiny little opening somewhere. | |

Same here, that is why this time I re-sealed everything with hot glue and after I install bulbs will seal that joint with liquid Electrical tape... hope that does the trick
