confused with 4 wheel drive

K i just did some work to my rzr took the heavy 8th inch steel plate off and put a holz plate on it. With it being considerably lighter i gained a little more ground clearance. My cv's arent binding but when going uphill in 2 wheel drive and if ipunch it so the front end lifts a little it will engage the 4wd any thoughts?

I would check fluid level first.

check wiring to front differental i have heard atvs. with shorted wires doing this travis

Wires looked good to me i am taking it in to get some work next week gonna have them look at it i guess.......

Yea i would pull the connectors off and di electric grease them to insure they are water proofed and also check the switch to see if it is tripping when it bounces. Is it showing anything on the display that shows it activated? Looks like it would blow the fuse if it is shorting out.

Nope nothing showing it is going into 4wd except u can feel it grab hold and take off and it rips the steering wheel out of your hand and bout made me spill my budlite..
