| Had my 2010 base RZR idling, plugged my mini Slime air compressor into the 12v aux outlet, bike suddenly cut off, all power lost. No power to instrument panel, no lights, doesn't turn over, no nothing. It's acting like I blew a fuse, but all fuses look good. Could be a short I guess, but bikes been sitting in the garage for a week, not much opportunity for anything to get pinched. Battery is fine, never had any issues like this with the compressor either.
Anyone ever run into this, and/or have any suggestions as to what I might try looking at next?

| As Bubba would say, check the ground to the battery first and then go from there. | |

| After that I would check the ignition switch wires. | |

| Call off the dogs. I got it.
Once I realized I had two spare fuses, a 15a and 20a, I swapped them with my main fuse and my aux/acc fuse and I'm back in business. After further review, I could see my 15 amp aux/acc fuse was blown, however the 20 amp, looks to be in perfect shape, even under a magnifying glass. I'm going to sell that one to some unsuspecting buddy next time he posts a pic of me upside down or something.
Appreciate the helpful tips guys. | |
