| Take the plug n get a hellio coil kit or the next size (bigger) plug n drill n tap. Coil kits work well especially on things like this( things u don't have to torque very tight). Now on another note, ur local popo shop might have this in stock, I'm sure ur not the first or the last to have this problem. | |

| Forgot to ask if it was under warranty n do u have a good relationship with ur local dealer. This can go a long way when it comes to problems like this! | |

| Do you mean the head is stripped? If so, drill it for an appropriately sized bolt extractor and replace it with a better(hex head) bolt. | |

| The plug is fine. The threads in the transfer case are stripped. | |

OK. Super Dave had the answer. You can buy a size appropriate kit that includes the drill bit and helicoil. | |

| I did this on my other RZR!! It sucked when it happened!! Find the next size bolt and re-tap it. I found my bolt at a pneumatic/hose supplier. | |
