Spring Ride plans & expectations

Thursday-everyone on their own to make ride plans

Friday-9:00am Group ride leaves from stop sign at campground

Saturday-9:00am Group ride leaves from stop sign at campground

Sunday-everyone on their own to make ride plans



1.First
off the Friday & Saturday group rides are not a party it's a ride
so if you must drink do it in moderation as there won't be time to stop
for lot's of pee stops.Save the partying for the campfire after the
ride.


2.You need a rear view
mirror to watch the person behind you and never run off and leave them
where they don't know where you turned.


3.If
you have mechanical problems for example overheating,broken belt,etc
etc that can't be fixed quickly I will not have the whole group of 50+
other machines sitting around wasting their day waiting the ride will
continue and someone will stay with you to make sure you get back to
camp.


4.If you are not ready to ride when the ride starts you will be left


5.Bring food and drinks and extra gas if your machine can't go 80 miles on a tank just in case we would ride that far.



We will have short breaks & a lunch stop on the trail.I will sound a horn when break is over and it's time to ride.

Who all is riding Thursday? I'm off that day and might take Friday off too if I can find a place to stay,might sleep in the back of my truck if I have to.

Myself and Wildcat1 may have an extra bed in our cabin. Sandbuggy said he may be interested not sure. If he is not interested may have an extra bed. We have a cabin in Ashland for Thursday, Friday, and Sat nites.

Sandbuggy are you interested ? If not I will talk to Wildcat1 and see if he wants to split cost/cabin with someone needing a place.

I will be there around lunch time Thursday and will be ready to ride shortly after that.

Bobby D, Add Jerry and Stella to the list. Thanks to Josh for the heads up on the RV sites, we booked two of them. We are also planning on making it a all week event. So anyone else wanting to ride that week let us know. Not sure on the camp site #. I will post it later.

bobby i have deluxe two room for wed/thurs that week, if u need a place to sleep you have have a place. i may not have my ride by then, if that is the case you can have the entire deluxe two cabin..... hopefully i will know something soon

I should be arriving sometime early Thursday also..and I rented a mobile home about 3/4 mile from Ashland. It sleeps 8 and it's just me and the wife..so I do have a few extra spots if anyone needs it..it's $30 nyt per person..I never been down there that time of year..what should I expect for weather conditions?

Im riding Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun for those making plans. the more miles i get in a day the better. Ashland campground-- pull through Black Suburban, White trailer with a #20 on it. If anyone needs any stock 50" suspension stuff, let me know. Two complete sets of axles, arms, from going to long travel on my previous 11 800. Lots of other crap too. May just bring it all and have a little yard sale! LOL better yet, what about a parts swap one day? Cya there.

As far as the weather it's to soon to tell just wait until it gets closer and look at the forecast before you leave home.It could be nice and warm to cold and rainy or snowing you just never know.

I got an empty seat for Billy if his ride don't make it. You hear me Billy? No excuses, see you at the spring ride brother! But, bring your own beer because my cooler is small and I only carry my daily allowance plus one or two.

You can put me on the list Bobby,not sure on what day I will be arriving, just depends on work. Might be Wednesday might be Thursday just have to wait and see. I will be leaving Saturday morning, my nephew is getting married.

Wildcat1 and I will be there Thursday as well. Hope to ride some with whoever is there and wants to. I think we will be there by noon.

It's always a slow group with this many machines I would like everyone to ride as one group on Friday and if it needs to be two groups on Saturday we will know after Fridays ride

If you want to be in a slow group, stay up toward the front. If ya want to haul azz and play catch up, stay in the back. I have been bringing up the tail of the rides for some time now and sometimes it's pandemonium:affraid:!!!!!! BUT FUN and FAST!!!!!!!!!!!

the rhino will be ready...........................................lets haul ass, and in my case...................................thats alot of haulen.
