I'm probably not going to make it guys. I certainly wish I could. My wife and I are due with our second child any day. I hope everyone has a great and SAFE time!

Spring Ride plans & expectations

Thursday-everyone on their own to make ride plans

Friday-9:00am Group ride leaves from stop sign at campground

Saturday-9:00am Group ride leaves from stop sign at campground

Sunday-everyone on their own to make ride plans



1.First
off the Friday & Saturday group rides are not a party it's a ride
so if you must drink do it in moderation as there won't be time to stop
for lot's of pee stops.Save the partying for the campfire after the
ride.


2.You need a rear view
mirror to watch the person behind you and never run off and leave them
where they don't know where you turned.


3.If
you have mechanical problems for example overheating,broken belt,etc
etc that can't be fixed quickly I will not have the whole group of 50+
other machines sitting around wasting their day waiting the ride will
continue and someone will stay with you to make sure you get back to
camp.


4.If you are not ready to ride when the ride starts you will be left


5.Bring food and drinks and extra gas if your machine can't go 80 miles on a tank just in case we would ride that far.



We will have short breaks & a lunch stop on the trail.I will sound a horn when break is over and it's time to ride.

At this point it's hard to tell what the total of SXS we will have show up as it sounds like Billy & Sandbuggy will not have their new Wildcats to bring and some will back out and some usually show up with another member we didn't have on the list which is fine.Also some will just ride one day as we always have that happen too.

I heard the area got 5 or 6" of snow this week plus looks like more on the way maybe. I'm sure we will have some trails still snow covered which should be fun.I don't see dust being a problem.

Are there anyone staying at Hilltop that i could follow to Ashland.I've only been to WVa.twice and don't know my way around them thar hills yet.

I'm sorry bobby d and gadget but I'm going not going to be able to make it. Took my maverick in to get a radius rod replaced and they're having trouble getting parts. Been there over a week and the dealership has no clue when it'll be in. I'm sorry guys but hopefully I'll make the fall ride

Anyone needing a place to stay , split the cost of rental contact me.

Bobby D, we are heading up today along with Stella and Jerry. Our site numbers are 87 & 94. If anyone comes up early, stop by or leave a post on the forum letting us know you are coming and we will keep and eye out! We plan on riding somewhere each day.

Sounds like problem solved.I talked to Miss Carol last nite and got one of their campers.I've probabaly seen you guys up there and just don't know you're names.If big g is who i think he is i got a set of half doors from him around Thanksgiving.I normaly stay across from Miss Carols...I have a Dr.appointment at 9:00 Thursday morning I'll get loaded Wed.then leave when i get done ,so I'll see you guys up there Thursday pm.Hope to break my new ride in.

Sorry to hear I was looking forward to seeing several Mavericks at the ride.I think I would tell them to put old rods back on and ride and tell them to call you when they get the parts

The weather is going to be cool but from what I have been riding in the last few months it's going to be warm I'll take the cool temps with wet and muddy trails over warmer temps and dusty ass trails

Hell yeah. Just hope it's atleast 40 out so I don't have to listen to wife complain whole time. Lol
