Installed my washers and replaced my secondary spring. Trying it out this weekend!

For Polaris, these are called Delrin washers that can be bought off of Ebay.

Not sure how all clutches work, but Does this idea work for other rides?

I don't see why it wouldn't. Even if you couldn't get the washers, checking to make sure the spring can't hang up would be something to do if it ever acted diferent when you get back in the throttle.

Team Industries is the clutch supplier for Polaris. They recommend the washers for some of their secondary clutches, but not all. Why?...I have no idea. But it makes perfect sense to use it on all clutches. I do know if your RZR has a Team 03 roller secondary, then its perfect for it. I'm not sure about the later model 09 to 13 800s as the helix is machined into the sheave of the secondary. Polaris went to this style secondary to save money and to cut costs. It does not perform as well and does not have very strong engine braking as compared to the Team 03. The RZR 900XP uses the Team 03 secondary.

here is my new rhino, just with the ITP bead locks , interco reptiles and Warn winch installed. J strong doors, windshield and rear buper being installed tomorrow and in the next few weeks getting a JBS tune up. lol.

i wasnt either Hump, but the shock package was why i went black. sorta growing on me now. i have neuromax making me some ww ll style decals that should look pretty good. gotta get some miles on it next weekend so i can get it down to HRR for his rhino tune up, lol.
