I have not yet but have followed it. It sounds like a possible winner but my only thought is did they originally design the two haves to slip and why. Maybe they just never thought about it.scratch

I cannot imagine that the two half's do not spin together.  BRP has been making snowmobiles and ATV's a long time and understand how the clutches work.

It may have some sort of torque limiter to protect the rest of the drivetrain.
