| to start off here is the link to the 2K updateNow for the 3K update (well, actually 2998 as of today, but close enough) One thing I can think to add is that I still had some issues with 1 bushing on front left lower a-arm, could find no signs of damage, dealer could find nothing wrong either, but 250 miles on delrin bushings and that one was shot. It is great to have a Super dealer and even better Service Department, they ordered me a new lower A-arm at no charge, I have not had an issue since. Another that is not really an issue is sometimes when hard on the gas and let off fully, it will backfire, and than I remembered I had not cleaned the spark arrestor in a while, so next break I waited till it cooled and pulled it out. Well, no more worry about cleaning the spark arrestor again, the entire screen was gone. And Polaris wants $35 or so for a new one, so I can live with it... or without it LOL Only other issue was self inflicted, while changing front diff fluid, I stripped the plug... not the threads, the hex head, so now I just use a suction pump to change it. | |

| Thanks for the update. With that bushing going out issue.....may want to check how u have the shocks set. If they are all uniform then no worries but it could be something with that shock being out and extra weight being put on that corner. Just a thought. Thanks for the post! |

Thanks TBone, but the issue was the A-arm it's self, it was either not put in jig right, or was made on friday... or both. Since replacing the a-arm there have been no issues and after almost 900 miles, it is still very tight. | |
