How much does it weight?

Bush I hate to tell you this but since you could destroy that stock skid on your first trip to the Wagon Wheel it won't be long and that aluminum skid will be looking like a waffle the way you ride :190:

stock is plastic

They look good hopefully they hold up a lil better than the stock. I just cant see why polaris would put plastic skids on something that is used for off road purposes.

the plastic sucks. but its not only polaris that does it. yamaha and all the others do too.

Skids look great! Yea the stock ones suck. Who are those made by? I'm looking at the ones from Dirt Performance for my Teryx, only because they have an access door that lets you get to the oil filter. Man they sure are proud of them though. I guess the cost is better than replacing a diff. or engine case. I've had branches/logs the size of the holes in the stock ones run up thru there and bust off. Wise investment, even if it does add a little weight.

i had to notch the rear part of the skid for the hitch.

Bush mine looks just like yours I hit the same rock pipe ect. right after you did
I should of not been on your as_ that close I bought the stock one because I know it won't be the last one I put on.

I ripped 4 bolts out of the frame too that holds the skid plate up there
Now that you boke that thing in it will be balls out on the April ride!
