| just left the dealer. the right rear tire doesnt clear the motor mount. they mounted a 26X11X14 big horn on a ITP SS 108 rim 14x8 with a 5-3 offset. any advise would be greatly appreciated. i cant do wheel spacers due to the 50" limit up here at WNF. cant do a lift kit because it wont clear the header on my trailer. caught between a rock and a hard place.help! | |

| You can grind some of the metal off at the motor mount or just put stock wheels and tires on for riding where there is a width restriction.I have to run a 1" spacer on the rear to keep the tire away from the motor mount. You can also just put the Bighorns back on your stock wheels & get rid of the ITP wheels. | |

| Just because of that reason jetdriverx, when i replaced my stock tires all the way around i went with 26x9's all the way around. A skinnier but yet slightly tall tire and i have all kinds of clearance from the motor mount. I kinda prefer a skinnier tire though. Looks pretty awesome and saves on extra weight too. | |

| By the time you include initial tire tread depth, it also gave me a smidgen or so , more ground clearance. in case you didn't know a SMIDGEN is = to around about 1/2" to 3/4" depending on how you check it. LOL!! | |

| thanks guys, i like bobbys idea of swapping rims for 50" trails. but i am lazy. lol. the stock tires worked well here for now so maybe i will have them put a spacer on the hubs for the 14" rims.. heading to rockhouse the evening of the 20th and then down to hilltop the weekend after that to meet up with big g. hope i get to see some of you guys over that weekend. thanks again. and yep sprinklerhead a smidgen is almost a universal measurement. | |

| And i will add that what Bobby D. said will work too if you like the size of tires you have. You don't have to grind away a major amount at all. And once you have ground that mount some, you still won't have to worry about dragging your tire on it over hard bumps as long as you do have some clearance . The mount and the tire will not move independently of each other right at the edge of the rim far enough. I guess maybe if you were running a real low tire pressure, it could be possible. But don't know for sure. | |

| The idea of having 12" instead of 14" just makes me feel fuzzier as you have more surface area of rim for added strength over 14" ones depending i guess on what they are made of. | |

| well they suggested doing some grinding on it and i said NO untill i could check with you guys. so if i grind i wont have to put the spacers in? that would be great since the tires barely stick out past the rock sliders. it gives me an inch or so, maybe a smidgen more than an inch of additional cleareance under the rzr and still gets in the trailer and i can get it around wayne if the grinding and no spacer will work. | |

| I run 26x12x12 on my rzr. I just turned the motor mount 90 degrees & mounted it to the upright next to the fuel tank. ( besure to shield the fuel tank from welding sparks,we would like to have you around for the next ride!) Ride Safe BIG HOSS |
