Loss 4wheel drive

what size hose is that guys and how long a piece is needed? Billy i will go and get us some to do ours and maybe wrong turns too, if you want just let me know and i can go get some!

Not sure on the size , but you can get it at lowes ...There is noting special about it...

Ok guys adding fluid didn't fix the 4wheel drive so I'm guessing I'm going to replace the sprag cage. Oh boy what fun I'm going to have lol.

I did mine...it ain't that bad...make sure you check everything real good while you got the diff apart....

Bubba were you able to use your old spring clips or did you replace them too. It looks like you could reuse them. What else do we need to check when replace with aluminum sprag far as checking for all the plastic is that what you mean from old sprag or checking for something else?

If you order the aluminum one from superatv, they will throw in the clips for free. They also recommend changing the armature plate while you have it tore apart.

My armature was flat as a pancake,,,it is suppose to be concave....I had teeth on my ring gear chipped off...alot of the pieces went into the pinon gear so make sure you take it out and clean....order all seals for the front diff.... you have to remember one thing....if you were low on fluid them parts took alot of heat... if you have any questions my cell# is in my signature....

I saw CATVOS also has the aluminum sprague cage for around $170. Not sure how that compares to the Super ATV cage. CATVOS looks beefy. There is also a video on their site. Here is the link:

Whoops, was just watching the video and saw the SuperATV logo on the video so it is the same part. I forgot CATVOS sold other folks parts too.

Superatv one has a lifetime warranty on theirs, not sure about CATVOS. I believe the seals cost me $54 for all three.

Catvos sells the Superatv aluminum cage. I was mistaken in my initial post. Same cage.
