| He seems like a class act....just from what guys say online about him and reading his post on other sites...i like the fact of their slip on not needing packing but it seems to be pretty loud and lacks a spark arrester.....but he claims good results outta it | |

- I had a dodge diesel that was my daily driver that i just kept playing with and tinkering with...3000 for aclutch and over 5 in the twins....then it was time to pull it...lol yea i could l leave the line with sled 4low 5th gear all day...did i need all that nope...but did i want it because 90+ pounds of boost was awesome...absolutely.... now i just grew up enough to know that i need my daily driver to be reliable and the rzr(s) are my toys
Ditto, been there done that. Blowing black smoke sure is fun though!. I think I had 4 different cluches my self (3 different double disk....lol). Fun stuff, but I had a company car so it wasn't as big of a deal. 4 wheelers and SxS's are definitely where the play....although I've gotten where I like them stock and reliable as well. I guess I'm getting old. To the original posters question, yes, adding all that weight and blocking air flow is going to slow you down. I will ask this though, were you in 4wd on the timed runs? If not you were probably roosting some of the speed away. | |
