The instructions are lacking so be patient. If you got the kits with the Rhino axles you might have a problem with the king-pin bolts hitting the CV bands. Where the stock ball joint is removed on top and bottom of the hub an adpater sleeve is used along with a 5/8" bolt. The bolt is inserted from the center of the hub up through the old ball joint hole. This is where the new heim joints on the a-arms will attach. The head of the bolt sits too far into the hub causing it to rub the CV band. I put mine in a lathe and turned down the bolt head until it was .200 thick. Problem fixed. What shocks are you planing on using? If they are not stock length you will have to relocate the lower shock mount. |

| They are my stock non s walker evans shocks. I have heard the resivors will hit and I will have to grind a little of the bracket to make them work. | |

| Got my lift in today. I ordered it yesterday. That is some fast shipping. RZR_Joe, I have the same problem as you with the kingpins. I am just grinding down the heads a little like you did. I almost have the front pass side done. How far in did you end up having your heims screwed in on your a arms? | |

| Yep, they ship fast and have the best customer service I have seen. If you have any problem call and ask for Rob, he will take care of you. Call and tell him you have the same problem and they will send new bolts. You are going to have to grind a lot off. I cut mine down on a lathe so the head is only .200" thick. I am going to make new king-pins that fit correctly with the sleeves. If you want me to make you a set let me know. The grade 5 bolt they use is a weak point IMO.
Srew them all the way in till they bottom out. Then turn them slightly so they are in the correct alignment, three complete turn out from there. That will give you a neutral starting point. |

| Thanks for the help. I don't have access to a lathe so a grinder will have to work :( I am gonna call around a couple shops and see if anyone has a lathe.
Are the back bolts the same way, or just the front? | |

| Just the front four bolts are an issue. Call SuperATV, ask for Rob, tell him to send you four bolts with the heads cut down to .200" thick. They will get right on it. |

| Joe, do those tires run pretty true to size? Are they a true 27"'s? What other tires were you considering? I'm going to either turn my old green machine into something like yours or my 4 seater. | |

| I'll measure them later but if I remember they are true 27s. I wanted BGC Grim Reapers but the largest they make are 27x9x14s. I wanted 12s for more side wall flex and something with decent size lugs but not too agressive. Fairly pleased with these, my spare finally got here today LOL. Next time I'll try about 6-7psi in them. |

| I took the bolts to work today and used our industrial benchtop grinder to grind them down. They worked great. I got the front done this evening except bleeding the brakes. I have to work 16 at work the next 2 days, so I am hoping Saturday I will get to finish it up. Thanks for the help Joe | |

| My wife started the sticker removal with the pressure washer by accident, so I decided to remove all the factory stickers from it. This left me with a red hood and red rear fenders, so I wrapped them with black vinyl to make everything black. | |
